Refund Policy for MetaVer Technologies

At MetaVer Technologies, we strive to deliver high-quality services for SEO, SMO, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, YouTube video creation, blog and content writing, product additions, website design, website redesign, e-commerce website design, mobile app development, and software development. To ensure transparency and clarity, we have outlined our refund policy below.

1. First Milestone Refund Policy

First Milestone of every project, such as SEO, SMO, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, YouTube video creation, blog and content writing, product addition, website design, website redesign, e-commerce website design, mobile app development, and software development, involves allocation and project initiation costs.

For these projects, our accounts department assigns a dedicated team to handle the project. The project kickoff, task allocation, demo server setup, and related charges involve significant resource effort, calculated as hourly costs. For this reason:

• Clients cannot request a refund or cancel the project after resources are allocated and the project is initiated.
• By paying the first milestone payment, the client automatically confirms that they will never ask for a refund for the first milestone in any case.
• Clients must not file refund claims via PayPal or any other payment platform after the team is assigned, as the first milestone constitutes the allocation and setup cost.

2. Second Milestone Refund Policy

For the second milestone or subsequent updates:

• If MetaVer Technologies provides a final update, report, or design feedback, the client must review and provide detailed feedback for revisions.
• If a client fails to provide feedback or requests a refund after receiving milestone updates, MetaVer Technologies and PayPal reserve the right to deny such requests.
• Once the project is completed and dedicated resources (developers, designers, SEO specialists) have contributed to its success, no refund will be issued for the second milestone or the full project cost.

General Refund Terms

1. Refunds are not applicable for projects once resources are assigned, as these involve considerable effort and hourly costs.
2. If disputes arise, MetaVer Technologies will review all deliverables, and refunds will only be considered in exceptional cases, excluding milestone allocation costs.
